In 2020, Exeter decided it was time to take action. After some initial thought, the company took the first step and established its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program. (Originally D&I, now DEI) Rooted in two key mantras – everyone at the company has a voice and we are truly stronger together – the program was architected, branded, developed and launched internally as a vital part of the organization’s overall brand and content strategy.
